In the event there is any damage to your package and the content within during transit, All About Awards will not be held liable for any replacements due to damage occurred in transit. Client will be responsible for filing a claim with carrier. All About Awards will replace product after a new order is placed. We also suggest that if using  your own carrier and or account number that you authorize insurance on your package, in the event of damage.

We offer FREE shipping on trophy and plaque orders $99.00 or more. Please note that this offer is only valid in the Continental United States and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside the United States. All About Awards cannot be held liable for delayed or lost packages.

Shipping charges are determined based on item weight and final destination, as calculated by UPS and USPS.

All About Awards will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. Because awards are personalized product, they can not be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events.

All About Awards free shipping policy applies to orders for trophies and plaques only. Your order needs to consist of one of two things; $99.00 or more of trophies or $99.00 or more of plaques. One cannot be combined with another. If you add items to your order that do not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping on those items based on the weight of the product.
